I offer 1 on 1 coaching for individuals who have ADHD, whether they have a formal diagnosis or just suspect that they have ADHD, all are welcome.

Rates 

I am currently working towards my ICF certification, as a result I will be offering 1 on 1 coaching sessions at a reduced rate for the time being.

I offer free consultations where we can do a small sample coaching session as well as an introduction to make sure we are a good fit for each other.

I am currently charging $280 per month for a 4 session a month package. Alternatively I am charging $75 for individual sessions. 

I don't want your financial situation to be a barrier to having access to coaching so if you would like to experience coaching but can't currently afford it, please reach out to me and we can work something out.
