Services

I offer 1 on 1 coaching for individuals 18 and over who either suspect they have ADHD or they have a formal diagnosis.  All are welcome.

Rates 

I offer free introductory sessions to get to know each other, talk about goals and learn a little bit more about the coaching process.

I am currently working towards my ICF and PAAC certifications, as a result I will be offering 1 on 1 coaching sessions at a reduced rate for the time being. 

I am a trained ADHD Coach having completed the ADHD Coaching program at The ADD Coaching Academy ADDCA .

I am currently charging $300 monthly for a 4 session a month package, or $80 per 50 minute session.

I don't want your financial situation to be a barrier to having access to coaching. If you would like to experience coaching but can't currently afford it, please reach out to me and we can work something out.
